Grasp the ground with the soles and toes of the heels, knees toward the toes, and shoulders locked. During the kettlebell backswing, the handle of the kettlebell should be higher than the knee. When reaching the lowest point, the arm should be straight.
When the kettlebell is swung up, the knees cannot move forward (without increasing the dorsiflexion of the ankle), and the whole body is in a straight line when it is swung to its highest point.

The hips and knees are fully extended, the spine is in neutral position, the arms are straight when the kettlebell reaches its peak, slight flexion of the elbows is allowed, and the movement should be matched with biomechanical breathing.
When the kettlebell reaches its peak, there should be a significant contraction of the abdominal and gluteal muscles, and when it reaches its peak, the kettlebell will continue to rise with inertia.
